Produced in the north of Chile, this gin is made with endemic botanicals such as algarrobo, rica rica, lemon verbena, Chilean myrtle, and boldo. It boasts an expressive nose and a complex flavor profile, and can be enjoyed alone (ice cold), or with ice and tonic water.
